• What must be included on a Lease Plan?
• An OS location plan at 1:1250, a detail plan at 1:100/200, a north point and a coloured edging to show the extent of the lease area.
• How long do the plans take?
• The plans will be sent to you within 2-5 days of the survey, however a 24 hour service is available for an extra fee.
• What does it cost?
• We operate a transparent price structure, based on the survey, travel to site, drawing of the plan and cost of obtaining the OS location map. Please see the Pricing page for further information.
• Do you only operate in the South East of England?
• We are based in Brighton but are able to offer national coverage if the project is large enough to warrant it. We are able to offer the very best quotes for all Brighton lease plans and Sussex lease plans
